Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in any scientific or business related function.
• Required minimum industrial or manufacturing sales experience of 7-10 years demonstrating progressive responsibility and achievements.
• Successful track record of at least 3 years of leading an outside sales team in a business to business sales environment
• Proficiency in Power Point, Excel, Word, and Outlook required and sales forecasting tools and CRM solutions are highly desired.
• Expert level written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to handle a multitude of tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Ability for extended travel and time away from home to actively manage customer relationships.
